Alliance, has been involved in various facets of the wrestling and boxing industries for the past 25 years. While his background includes sports promotion, the staging of live professional wrestling and boxing events, and founding and promoting of the largest sportscards and memorabilia store in the southeast, he is perhaps best known as the founder and creator of
"IWU Wrestling-The Max!" - "Uncut and Uncensored!". During his tenure with the
IWU, the program generated strong revenues and was a ratings winner with broad wrestling fan appeal. IWU emerged as a cult classic with extensive media exposure.
Due to the prevailing influence of the Internet and the continued popularity of professional basketball as an arena spectator sport, television and pay-per-view broadcasting force, Moose refocused his efforts, and retained various media and sports consultants to create the GBA-The Global Basketball Alliance ("The Alliance"). The GBA- "The Alliance" encompasses the new marketplace for men's sports, syndicated television, pay television, and the Internet. The GBA is well positioned to become a leading Internet entertainment property featuring the athletic and phenomenal skills of professional basketball players.
In October, 2000, Moose Lewis finalized the formulation of Global Basketball Alliance- "The Alliance", LLC and decided to offer to basketball fans and consumers the opportunity to purchase shares of the IBU on a limited partnership basis. Immediately following the stock announcement, Moose was besieged with individuals and executives wishing to purchase stock and become involved
In January, 2002, the company will complete the offering by announcing the availability of one million five hundred thousand (1,500,000) shares of the limited partnership at the initial price of $2.00 per share. Management is believes that by offering this number of shares at an extremely low price will have a positive effect on the marketability of its stock and capitalize the company sufficiently for national expansion.
